In order to guarantee that your research output is appropriately represented for recognition, reporting, and collaboration opportunities, you can make a request for any research output that you have discovered was not linked to your HSUHK Scholars profile to be brought back to it.
Claim the research output with the steps below:
1. In your Personal Overview page, expand Personal by selecting the arrow and click on Research Output.
2. Here, you will view all research output under your name. Remove the filter to view all research outputs under HSUHK Scholars.
3. Search for the title of the item you would like to claim. Click the wheel button and select Mine – claim content.
4. A window will pop up, and you may choose to include additional information for the Library as reference.
5. Once you have submitted the request, the Library will process it accordingly. A notification email will be sent to you when you have been added to the corresponding research output as one of the authors or other roles as appropriate.
Vice versa, if you would like to disassociate a research output from your profile, disclaim the item by following the step below:
1. In your Personal Overview page, expand Personal by selecting the arrow and click on Research Output.
2. Here, you will view all research output under your name. Search for the title of the item you would like to disclaim.
3. Click the wheel button and select Not mine – disclaim content.
4. A window will pop up, and you may choose to include additional information for the Library as reference.
5. Once you have submitted the request, the Library will process it accordingly. A notification email will be sent to you when you have been removed from the corresponding research output.
