Scite dashboards let you track and analyze citations for groups of papers you are interested in. You can make a dashboard by saving searches, importing from tools like Zotero, or adding DOIs yourself. This helps you:

1. Click on your account icon and select My Profile.
2. Select Dashboards under Tools.
3. Click on Create New Dashboard.
4. You will be directed to the Create Custom Dashboard page, where you can either import references from Scite's partnered reference management tool (i.e., Zotero or Mendeley) or input citations' DOIs either entering them manually in the corresponding field or importing them as a CSV file.
*Depends on your interest/need, you can activate email alerts for any updates regarding Smart Citation Analysis for references added to the dashboard.
5. Once you have finished inputting the information, click Submit and the dashboard will be created.
1. In your dashboard, click on the Edit icon.
2. You can edit the name, add descriptions, import more references from external reference management tools, or add more DOIs.
3. Once you have finished editing, click Update to save. You shall receive a revised dashboard with newly added references.
1. In your dashboard, click on the Chat with Dashboard icon.
2. You will be directed to Scite Assistant page, where you can communicate with the AI, and references in your dashboard will be used as the source of analysis.
1. In the results list, choose a reference and click Add to dashboard.
2. A pop-up window will show up. Select the dashboard you would like to have the reference added to, and click Add to existing dashboard.
*You can also create a new dashboard with this function, but you are only able to add one reference at a time.
3. A green pop-up window will appear, indicating the chosen reference has been added to the dashboard. You can click View to see the revised dashboard.
