Infrastructure and sustainable industrialization facilitate developments in new technologies and international trade, thus generating employment and fostering the economic growth of a country. However, there is still a long way to go for least-developed countries since critical infrastructure remains inadequate in many of these countries. Especially，the COVID-19 pandemic disrupts global value chains and manufacturing industries, which reveals the urgent need for resilient infrastructure.
