You only need to do the following setting once in your own device.
1. On homepage of Google Scholar, click 
at the top left corner
2. Click
Settings
3. Under Bibliography manager, choose Show links to import citations into and RefWorks, and then click Save
On the search results page, you can import citations into RefWorks as follows:
1. Under the resource you want to cite, click Import into RefWorks
2. Sign in RefWorks
3. Click Import
4. Import complete
